The UK Home Office has launched an open competition titled ‘Domestic Abuse Perpetrators Research Fund’. [Contract Finder Ref: CF-0125500D58000000L5A4EAK1]. 

The competition sets out a particular interest in research proposals relating to the technological enablers of domestic abuse, specifically, how Computer Misuse Act 1990 offences facilitate domestic abuse, as set out in the Competition Specification under Research Question 3 – Methods of abuse. This email contains important information about deadlines and registration that are needed so that you can participate in the competition.

Please note that projects will be expected to start during January 2021 and complete by end of March 2021. Research projects of varying sizes will be financed from a total grant fund of £500,000.  

How to Apply:

The competition is now live on, and will be open to bidders between Friday 13 November 2020 and Friday 18 December 2020.

The procurement will be managed electronically via the Home Office e-Sourcing Suite Jaggaer. To participate in this procurement, participants must first be registered on the e-Sourcing Suite.
